Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of young fern leaves, then wash

  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar

How to make:
  • Picking ferns, select only young
  • Heat oil, saute garlic, onion, chilli, bay leaves, and galangal until fragrant
  • Put the shrimp, stir and prawns change color
  • Put fern, red pepper, salt and sugar, stir well
  • Put water, stir and cook until done
  • Remove and serve with hot rice.
To add savory flavor in sauteed ferns, can be added with shrimp sauteed so was the fern leaves and shrimp.
